Being dyslexic can sometimes be pretty stressful. Whether it’s exams, work or all that reading and writing you need to do to get on top of your email back log, it can sometimes be useful to take a quick timeout.

You’ve probably heard of Tai Chi or mindfulness; ‘PAUSE” is an app that combines elements of the two, to help you find your inner chi, allowing you to get back to the task in hand with a bit more calm and focus.
