MoodMapping is visual way to better understand how you feel. It is hard to manage what you do not measure. For the most part, people find it hard to describe how they feel, it is harder still to work out whether you are feeling better or worse than you did a week ago. MoodMapping allows people to record how they feel in the moment on a simple visual map, including making a note – (pictorial or otherwise) as to why they might have felt that way.

Once you know what makes you feel bad, and what makes you feel better, it is easier to focus on those things that help you feel good, and find better ways to handle the more negative aspects of life.

This workshop is presented by Dr Liz Miller. Please follow this link to RSVP.
