If you’ve been diagnosed with visual stress or Irlen Mears syndrome, you’ll know that the contrast between black text on a white background can make reading stressful. If you’re using a computer, one solution to this problem is to use coloured overlays or to change the hue or tint of your computer screen. In this video we share a few techniques you can use, to tint or reduce the contrast of the screen on your windows 10 device, to make things a little more comfortable.

In windows 10 I found occasional glitches using its color settings including an important spreadsheet somehow becoming irvesably green. So now I allays use 3rd party filters, using vCollage for now which is good except it doesn’t apply to the dual screen I have at work.
