After a two-year hiatus, and hot on the heels of fellow band mates, Una Healy and Vanessa White, ‘The Saturdays’ Mollie King has hit the charts with her own solo material. Her signing with Island Records last year put her in good company (label mates include Will Young, Leona Lewis, Florence + The Machine and Ariana Grande) and last week we got to hear, and see, the fruits of her labour.

Each track on her forth coming album has been written or co-written by Mollie her-self and her debut single is called ‘Back to You’. Many fans have commented on the similarities between the song’s lyrics and Mollie’s relationship with ex-flame, model David Gandy. Whatever the case the raunchy video, directed by Fifty Shades of Grey director Lisa Gunning, must have been an uncomfortable video for Gandy to watch.
